Beiersdorf, a global leader in skincare innovation, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Malang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, ensuring our high-tech equipment runs seamlessly to support our iconic brands.
You will lead a talented team of technicians, overseeing preventative maintenance strategies, troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, and championing safety and compliance across the plant floor. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
- Manage daily maintenance operations, ensuring all activities align with production targets and safety standards.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to implement long-term technical solutions.
- Collaborate with production managers to optimize machine availability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.
- Ensure full compliance with local occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably within FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, automation systems, and industrial mechanical components.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or 5S methodologies is a significant advantage.
