In this role, you will be the driving force behind the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all maintenance activitiesâincluding preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenanceâto ensure our facility operates at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering an environment of technical growth and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with all local safety, environmental, and corporate operational standards.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify equipment failure patterns and implement proactive improvement solutions.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of essential spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Manage maintenance budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient operations without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to troubleshoot complex machinery issues and execute capital projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role within a manufacturing or processing plant.
- Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
- Deep understanding of Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols (LOTO, Working at Heights, Confined Space).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work in Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat and adapt to remote operational environments.
