Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and external contractors.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures in a timely manner.
- Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts procurement, and budget allocation effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and local labor laws.
- Generate detailed technical reports regarding maintenance activities, equipment status, and cost analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, PLC, electrical systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic controls.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during equipment downtime.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Willingness to work in the Rengasdengklok area and adhere to operational shift schedules.
