As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability of our production lines and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage inventory, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to extend the lifecycle of our critical assets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring timely execution of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions before they lead to downtime.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules, procedures, and safety protocols in compliance with company standards.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including the procurement of spare parts, vendor management, and cost control measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations (K3) and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate closely with production managers to resolve technical issues quickly and optimize production workflow.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their technical skills and leadership capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and diagnostic tools.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
