We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the critical machinery within our processing and packaging facilities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational reliability of production lines, implementing robust preventive maintenance strategies, and minimizing equipment downtime to maintain our high standards of product quality and safety.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated technicians, coordinate with production managers to optimize equipment performance, and ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for processing and packaging equipment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high-performance standards and safety protocols.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify equipment improvement opportunities and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, HACCP, and ISO quality standards.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure availability.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the food and beverage manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of processing and packaging machinery, including PLCs and automation systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse maintenance team.
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and other food safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred for site mobility.
