- Monitor and maintain RPA systems to ensure optimal performance in manufacturing environments
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to robotic process automation workflows
- Implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes

- Document maintenance procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides
- Conduct regular performance audits and optimization of RPA processes
- Train end-users on RPA system operation and best practices
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments
- Knowledge of SQL and basic programming concepts
- Certification in RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath RPA Associate) is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
