Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular mechanical maintenance activities to support uninterrupted production operations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures using systematic troubleshooting techniques
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations
- Assist in equipment calibration and performance optimization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance methodologies
- Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid mechanical certification preferred
- Physical ability to work in industrial environments
