Tanggung Jawab
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical failures through systematic troubleshooting and diagnostic testing
- Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments to restore optimal equipment performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and activity reports for compliance tracking
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational downtime
- Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and equipment reliability
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma/certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair
- Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems diagnostics
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Ability to read technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Certification in industrial maintenance or machinery repair (advantageous)
