Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on mall facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Conduct routine inspections of all building equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate facility improvement projects
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Order and maintain an inventory of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 35 years
- Minimum D3 degree in technical field or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Mall/Building/Hotel/Resort Technician
- SMK graduates with relevant experience will also be considered
- Strong technical knowledge in building systems and equipment
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Valid technical certifications are an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
