Tanggung Jawab
- Support the planning and execution of daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to optimize supply chain workflows.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics strategies and operational best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve operational issues.
- Participate in strategic projects aimed at enhancing overall organizational efficiency and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
