Asia Raya Foundry is a leading player in the manufacturing industry, committed to operational excellence and high-quality production standards. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Management Representative (MR Officer) to join our team in Tanjung Morawa.
As our Management Representative, you will act as the key liaison between the company's management and our quality management systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our operational processes strictly adhere to international quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and preparing the organization for successful audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with relevant standards.
- Report directly to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
- Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage documentation control and ensure all operational records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide training and guidance to employees regarding quality policies and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a foundry or metalworking industry.
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent Quality Management System standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create comprehensive reports.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
- Willingness to be based in Tanjung Morawa, Sumatera Utara.
