Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training covering all stages of factory production and quality control.
- Monitor and evaluate production line performance to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Support department heads in implementing operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to assist in data-driven decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and quality issues.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop leadership skills through mentorship and assigned special projects within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; 0-1 year of experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and active involvement in organizational activities.
- Highly disciplined with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be stationed in Tangerang and work on a shift basis if required.
