Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in end-to-end operational workflows across various hospitality properties.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and guest satisfaction improvements.
- Assist senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives and business expansion projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless property management and service delivery.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance our digital and physical guest touchpoints.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for executive management.
- Maintain high standards of service quality in line with Bukit Vista’s brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing tech-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, and interest in hospitality management software.
