Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client consultations professionally.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff and beauty consultants.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe clinic environment for all staff and customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
- Strong leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Passion for the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to undergo rotational training in different departments.
