Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotations across key logistics and supply chain departments to understand end-to-end operations.
- Assist in the supervision of daily warehouse and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze logistics data and prepare reports on efficiency, bottlenecks, and potential areas for improvement.
- Support the coordination of inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer service levels.
- Assist in implementing safety and compliance standards across all logistics facilities.
- Participate in special projects aimed at optimizing operational workflows and reducing lead times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0-2 years of experience in logistics is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership potential with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sidoarjo and participate in rotating shift schedules if required.
