Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate seamless communication by translating business documents, emails, and meetings between Mandarin and Indonesian stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison to resolve cross-border operational queries and maintain alignment with regional office standards.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize operational efficiency and logistics workflows.
- Participate in structured training programs to gain deep exposure to warehousing, distribution, and supply chain management.
- Assist leadership in analyzing operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvement strategies.
- Support the implementation of new company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in any major.
- Fluency in both Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred) and Indonesian is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a multinational company is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of bridging cultural gaps.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
