Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and output targets.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards across the manufacturing line.
- Supervise and mentor production floor staff, ensuring optimal team performance and morale.
- Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable process improvements.
- Manage resource allocation and shift scheduling to maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline logistics and supply chain workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
