Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotations across key departments including Production, PPIC, Finance/Accounting, and Engineering.
- Support operational efficiency improvements through data analysis and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute production schedules and meet quality benchmarks.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and inventory management audits.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to senior management.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards within the manufacturing facility.
- Complete all assigned developmental modules and performance assessments within the program timeline.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Accounting, or Management from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0-2 years of experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership potential with a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP systems.
- Willingness to be based in Driyorejo, East Java, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts or field work as required by the business.
