- Execute sales strategies across multiple product lines and market segments
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors and retail partners
- Support new product launches through market research and promotional planning
- Monitor sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency

Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (max 2 years post-graduation)
- Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 or equivalent academic achievement
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven leadership through campus organizations or professional experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Adaptability to fast-paced FMCG environment
