Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations or customer service management
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams in a customer-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
