- Lead business analytics initiatives for corporate banking portfolio, developing predictive models to identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Design and implement data-driven frameworks to optimize credit assessment processes, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation
- Collaborate with product development teams to create innovative corporate banking solutions based on market analytics and customer behavior insights
- Present complex financial analyses to senior stakeholders and board members, translating data into actionable business recommendations
- Oversee performance monitoring systems for corporate banking KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Mentor analytics team members, fostering data literacy and continuous improvement in analytical methodologies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while implementing advanced analytics in banking operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate banking with at least 3 years in analytics, strategy, or management role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of banking regulations, risk management frameworks, and corporate banking products
- Proven track record of implementing data-driven strategies that improved business performance metrics
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in financial services
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
