Tanggung Jawab
- Direct daily operations of the cold storage facility, ensuring all temperature-controlled environments are functioning within strict parameters.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse personnel to foster a high-performance, safety-conscious culture.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and shrinkage control for all stored goods.
- Manage logistical coordination between production lines, cold storage, and distribution teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP, ISO standards).
- Monitor and manage facility maintenance, including refrigeration systems and warehouse equipment.
- Generate comprehensive operational reports on warehouse throughput, energy efficiency, and cost management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cold chain management or large-scale warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and temperature-controlled storage best practices.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing large, diverse warehouse teams.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to be based in Cikupa, Banten and available for operational oversight as required.
