Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the institute's operations and update internal controls accordingly.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters, including data privacy, conflicts of interest, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in research grants, procurement, and financial transactions.
- Investigate any reported breaches or irregularities and recommend remedial measures.
- Maintain an effective compliance documentation system for audit trails.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit, preferably within the research, technology, or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory framework, including PDPA, MOM regulations, and research governance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
- Proven experience in developing compliance programs and conducting training.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
