PT Atosim Lampung Pelayaran, a prominent player in the maritime and logistics industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager Docking / Asisten Manager Perawatan Kapal to join our dynamic technical team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our fleet's operational excellence, ensuring that all vessel maintenance and docking processes strictly adhere to company safety and quality standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end docking operations, coordinating with shipyard facilities, and managing technical repairs to minimize fleet downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, monitor, and supervise all vessel docking operations and ship maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company SOPs, international maritime regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal technical departments and external shipyard contractors to ensure repairs are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage technical documentation, maintenance reports, and fleet repair logs for regulatory compliance.
- Analyze vessel performance data to identify maintenance needs and prevent unscheduled breakdowns.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to the onboard crew regarding maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Execute quality control inspections during and after docking periods to ensure high standards of performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related maritime field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ship maintenance, shipyard management, or docking operations.
- In-depth knowledge of maritime safety regulations, class requirements, and ship repair standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in using technical maintenance software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel to shipyard locations as required for vessel inspections.
