- Oversee daily operations of three F&B outlets ensuring brand consistency and quality standards
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for market expansion and revenue growth
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance culture
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in Jakarta's F&B sector
- Optimize operational efficiency and cost management across all outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience in F&B management with proven entrepreneurial track record
- Strong understanding of Jakarta's food and beverage market dynamics
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking and business development expertise
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
