We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager Export Import to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the seamless movement of goods across borders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining our supply chain documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders including forwarders and customs authorities, and providing real-time reporting on shipment status. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for all import and export activities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks or delays.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports on cargo arrivals and shipments for management review.
- Coordinate closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant government agencies to expedite clearance processes.
- Maintain and update an organized digital and physical filing system for all trade-related documentation.
- Analyze logistics costs and suggest improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure all import/export permits and licenses are valid and renewed in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export-import operations or a similar logistics management role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, INSW system, and import/export documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP software for inventory or logistics management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
