Keppel Corporation, a leading global conglomerate with a diverse portfolio spanning Offshore & Marine, Infrastructure, Property, and Connectivity, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager, Finance to join our finance team in Singapore.
This is a pivotal role responsible for the financial stewardship of the group's operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Director, you will provide critical financial insights, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure robust financial governance across the organization. You will act as a trusted business partner to senior management, supporting decision-making that shapes the future of Keppel.
In this role, you will lead the full spectrum of financial reporting, planning, and analysis. You will oversee complex consolidation processes, manage treasury and tax functions, and ensure full compliance with SFRS(I), IFRS, and local regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process improvements, digitalization initiatives within the finance function, and supporting M&A activities and investment appraisals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with SFRS(I) and IFRS.
- Spearhead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, providing insightful variance analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management and business units.
- Drive comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic business decisions, investment appraisals, project evaluations, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management, funding strategies, and foreign exchange risk management.
- Partner with business leads across different divisions to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and relevant regulatory authorities on all financial matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are mandatory.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within a large corporation or conglomerate.
- Deep technical knowledge of SFRS(I) and IFRS, corporate tax, and transfer pricing regulations in Singapore.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, business planning, and strategic financial analysis.
- Proven track record in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving change within an organization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in SAP (ECC/S4 HANA) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
