Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack platform solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Architect and maintain microservices-based systems using React, Node.js, Python, and Java.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, promoting best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Ensure platform security, reliability, and observability through monitoring and incident response.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Experience in financial services or platform engineering at scale is a plus.
