Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs laws, import-export licenses, and trade regulations.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics service providers to optimize costs and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, production, and warehouse) to align import schedules with production demands.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including shipping instructions, bills of lading, and certificate of origins.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Stay updated on global trade trends and local government policies that may impact manufacturing operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs systems, including INSW, NIB, and specific industry permits.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for international communication.
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and third-party logistics providers.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, European-heritage corporate environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in the fast-paced industrial hub of Cikarang.
