Aprio is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Information Assurance Services (IAS) to join our expanding team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our Information Assurance practice, leading complex client engagements and delivering high-value SOC 1, SOC 2, and other information security compliance services.
You will act as a primary point of contact for our clients, providing strategic guidance on risk management, control environments, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of security frameworks and has a proven track record of managing high-performing audit teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the execution of SOC 1, SOC 2, and other information security audit engagements for diverse client portfolios.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of audit findings and value-added recommendations.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of senior and associate-level staff to ensure high-quality audit documentation and technical accuracy.
- Identify potential risks within client control environments and provide actionable mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to firm standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth and strategy of the Information Assurance service line.
- Stay current with evolving security frameworks (such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA) to provide expert-level advisory services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT audit, risk advisory, or information security compliance.
- Active professional certification is highly preferred (CISA, CISSP, CPA, or equivalent).
- Deep technical knowledge of SOC reporting standards (AICPA) and SSAE 18 requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, team leadership, and managing multiple high-priority client engagements simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to professional excellence and client service.
