Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily clinic operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and service protocols
- Lead and mentor clinical staff to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost management, and revenue targets
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Handle client feedback, resolve complaints, and implement service improvements
- Collaborate with corporate teams on brand consistency and operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in beauty, healthcare, or service industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop teams
- Knowledge of skincare treatments, beauty procedures, and clinic operations
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic mindset with experience in marketing and client acquisition
