Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of robotics and science laboratories.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and institutional policies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex laboratory equipment and machinery.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance schedules for lab assets.
- Support teaching staff and research projects by providing technical assistance and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility upgrades and repairs.
- Foster a collaborative and safe environment for students and researchers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in laboratory management or technical operations.
- Strong technical aptitude, specifically in robotics, automation, or engineering systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and best practices in laboratory management.
- Proficiency in using laboratory management software and inventory systems.
