Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for truck fleet management to ensure maximum vehicle availability.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including route planning, scheduling, and distribution monitoring.
- Manage maintenance schedules and repairs to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of the fleet assets.
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and compliance measures for all drivers and vehicle operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, reduce transport costs, and improve lead times.
- Manage departmental budgets and provide detailed reporting on logistics performance metrics (KPIs).
- Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external service providers to ensure operational synergy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of transport management systems (TMS) and logistics planning software.
- Proven ability to manage large fleets and complex driver schedules.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang, West Java.
