Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations in Central Java, ensuring production targets are met with optimal efficiency
- Lead and develop a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet adidas' global standards
- Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs while maintaining or improving product quality
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production planning and execution
- Monitor and improve workplace safety standards and compliance with local regulations
- Drive sustainability initiatives in manufacturing operations, aligning with adidas' environmental goals
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 3 years in the apparel industry
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality control systems, and production planning
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience implementing sustainability initiatives in manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change
- Proficiency in manufacturing management software and Microsoft Office applications
