Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust costing models for new and existing materials to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Continuously track and analyze global market data, commodity prices, and input factors affecting material costs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Procurement, and Product Development teams to optimize cost structures.
- Lead cost-benefit analyses for innovative technologies and new material introductions.
- Ensure compliance with global material costing guidelines and internal financial reporting standards.
- Identify and mitigate cost volatility risks through data-driven forecasting and strategic planning.
- Prepare regular financial briefings and performance reports for senior leadership to support supply chain decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cost accounting, material costing, or supply chain analysis, preferably within the footwear or apparel industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, SAP, or ERP systems) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the global supply chain landscape.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is required, with strong proficiency in local language communications.
