In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle, ensuring that our manufacturing operations remain efficient, cost-effective, and supplied with high-quality raw materials.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing policies to ensure material availability while maintaining competitive costs.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse departments to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock shortages.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to provide proactive recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Evaluate and audit supplier performance to ensure strict adherence to quality, delivery, and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the purchasing team to improve operational efficiency and procurement expertise.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier contracts and improving vendor terms.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
