Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational activities ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational standards
- Lead and mentor a multicultural team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Coordinate Mandarin-speaking client communications and resolve operational inquiries promptly
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource allocation and service quality
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with organizational objectives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational management or leadership role
- Native-level Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural settings
- Proven experience in team management and performance optimization
- Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office Suite
