Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end daily operations of the aesthetic clinic to ensure high-quality patient care and service efficiency.
- Oversee clinic staff performance, including scheduling, training, and development to meet company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and clinic cleanliness to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve patient concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare detailed operational and financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote clinic services and increase patient retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinic management, hospitality, or beauty retail operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client-centered service.
