We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Manager Operational Injection to join the production team at Luby Indonesia. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire injection molding production process, ensuring that operational goals are met with precision and efficiency. You will act as the bridge between technical operations and management, driving initiatives that enhance product quality, optimize production schedules, and maintain a safe working environment.
As a Manager, you will lead a team of skilled operators and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. You will be tasked with monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output volume, scrap rates, and machine uptime. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the injection molding production line to ensure seamless workflow and high output efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards to minimize defects and ensure product consistency with customer specifications.
- Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and machine maintenance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and lower operational costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, ISO quality management systems, and environmental compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and supply chain teams to resolve technical issues and optimize raw material usage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the injection molding or plastics manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and achieving operational targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and process issues.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
