Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution of e-commerce order fulfillment.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse logistics team to improve performance and retention.
- Optimize inventory management processes, including inbound receiving, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and quality control regulations within the facility.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Manage warehouse resources, equipment, and facility maintenance to prevent operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within an e-commerce or contract logistics environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large, high-performance teams.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- In-depth understanding of warehouse layout, automation, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex operational challenges under pressure.
