Royal Progress Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Penunjang Medis to spearhead our operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of medical support departments (e.g., Radiology, Lab, Pharmacy, etc.).
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, health regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of support staff.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with clinical departments to optimize patient flow and service delivery.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present operational reports to hospital administration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Health Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of medical support services and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hospital information systems (HIS) and MS Office.
- Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., HIMSS, ISO) is a plus.
