Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or PPIC management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing environments with knowledge of lean methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
