Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production planning and inventory control strategies
- Lead production scheduling to meet targets while optimizing resource utilization
- Monitor inventory levels and implement JIT/lean manufacturing principles
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse departments for seamless operations
- Analyze production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage production team performance and development
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in PPIC or production management roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and production scheduling
- Excellent leadership abilities with team management experience
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain principles
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills
