Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing and vendor evaluation to contract negotiation and final delivery.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and local/international vendors.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to identify risks and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with production and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to achieve departmental KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proven track record in successful contract negotiations and vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
- Deep understanding of supply chain risks, inventory management, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
