Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive procurement and purchasing strategies for raw materials, both locally and internationally.
- Lead all aspects of vendor selection, negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing to secure optimal value and quality.
- Oversee the entire purchasing cycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to budget.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust procurement strategies.
- Drive initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant legal regulations in all procurement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing raw materials from both domestic and international markets, particularly within manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
