Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire shipbuilding production processes including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage production teams (50+ personnel) to ensure KPI achievement and safety compliance
- Optimize production workflows to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
- Implement quality control systems and maintain ISO certifications
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics departments
- Monitor production metrics and data-driven decision making
- Develop annual production budgets and resource allocation plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years production management experience in shipbuilding/heavy industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management record
- Expertise in production planning and supply chain management
- Familiarity with maritime industry regulations and safety standards
- Advanced proficiency in production management software (SAP, ERP)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
