Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with OPPO's manufacturing goals and budget requirements.
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from supplier selection and contract negotiation to performance evaluation and vendor development.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to proactively adjust purchasing strategies for cost optimization.
- Ensure supply chain continuity by managing lead times, inventory levels, and mitigating supply risks.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with production, logistics, and finance teams to streamline procurement workflows.
- Enforce company procurement policies and maintain strict compliance with ethical sourcing and legal regulations.
- Analyze vendor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of global supply chain management, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and procurement best practices.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving significant cost savings.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing high-performing procurement teams.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
