Join My Little Fairies Indonesia as a Purchasing Manager and become a key driver in our supply chain excellence. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of procurement operations to optimize vendor negotiations, reduce acquisition costs, and guarantee seamless material availability—all while maximizing business profitability. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance purchasing efficiency, mitigate supply risks, and implement cost-saving measures across the manufacturing value chain. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in procurement strategies while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic purchasing plans aligned with business objectives and budget constraints
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure timely availability of materials/components for production operations
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and finance teams for integrated supply chain management
- Implement procurement policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Generate purchasing reports and provide insights for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing management, preferably in manufacturing
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Expert knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain logistics
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPSM) is advantageous
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
