Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans aligned with company objectives and budget constraints
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance and support
- Analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize procurement processes
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices
- Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in procurement management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable contracts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams
- Familiarity with procurement software and supply chain management systems
- Knowledge of Indonesian market conditions and local supplier networks
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
