Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply reliability.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluation, and dispute resolution.
- Supervise the purchasing team and streamline procurement workflows to improve operational agility.
- Forecast supply needs and coordinate with the production department to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to identify risks and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Analyze purchasing data to generate reports on spend patterns and supplier performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving significant cost reductions.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
- Deep understanding of inventory control, logistics, and vendor management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
